Bill Rodgers is recognized as a Certified Professional Landman by the American Association of Professional Landmen. Bill is experienced in negotiating oil and gas leases, preparing drill site title opinions in draft, acquiring lands for development of natural resources and conducting due diligence on state and federal lands in connection with mining claims, oil and gas, geothermal, wind, coal and hydraulic fracturing. Prior to joining Stoel Rives, Bill was a field landman for ARCO, Amoco, Conoco and various independent oil companies.
